If I only took one supplement for the inflammation associated with my chronic pain this would be it.  The reason for this is because one of the main causes for my inflammation, pain, and stiffness is poor digestion and large undigested food particles.  These large undigested food particles cause an immune reaction in my gut that travels to the joints of my spine, hips, ribs, and sternum causing intense pain and stiffness because of the process of molecular mimicry as explained in the video below.  The pancreatic enzymes above have by far been the most effective for me.  I have been taking these enzymes for over 10 years.  I normally eat 3 meals a day and for each meal I take 8 pancreatic enzymes immediately before the first bite, 8 pancreatic enzymes in the middle of the meal, and 8 pancreatic enzymes after the last bite.  Taking these enzymes with meals has been nothing short of life-changing for me and many others in reducing chronic pain.

Problem: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a component of Gram-negative bacteria, contributes to chronic pain by triggering a persistent inflammatory response.

Solution: A key feature of IgG, is the ability to bind to potentially harmful antigens in the digestive tract (introduced through food, drinks, or microbial activity), including lipopolysaccharides (LPS), components of gram‑negative bacteria cells, and dietary lectins.
